This website includes no advertising, analytics trackers or marketing cookies. Ordinary connection data, such as IP addresses and request metadata, may be processed by hosting services to deliver and protect the website.

External links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. We do not embed their content or automatically submit your information to those sites.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. This information is used to understand your inquiry, assess the issue you raise and respond to you.

Include only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, access tokens, identity documents or unrelated personal information. Supporting evidence can be discussed separately through an appropriate channel.

Delivery and spam protection

When you submit a message, validation and spam controls help protect the contact service. Cloudflare Turnstile, when present, processes browser and network signals for verification. A failed submission is not represented as a delivered message.

The website does not save your message in browser storage or a public database. Messages accepted for delivery are handled by the contact and mail services. Copies in correspondence systems are distinct from the form itself.

Research and evidence

Domain research may involve technical identifiers, observed website behavior and relevant evidence. We aim to limit personal information, redact unnecessary details and share material only with recipients who need it to assess the issue.

Private case files, staff records and correspondence are not published on this website. Sensitive evidence must not be submitted to public scanning services merely for convenience.

Access and retention

Information should be accessible only to those who need it for the relevant inquiry or research. Retention is assessed against the purpose of the information, follow-up needs and applicable obligations; the website does not promise automatic deletion of delivered correspondence.
